Bilingual Employee Advocate opportunity in King of Prussia!
$16.50/HR Temp to Hire

The Employee Advocate provides customer service to Client Service Team members.
As an Employee Advocate, you will:
- Generate & process welcome letters & access cards.
- Resolve client issues.
- Summarize & create project status to Management team

Job Requirements

Employee Advocate Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required; college degree required.
- Successfully demonstrate processing support.
- Experience with flexible spending, health reimbursement, & health savings accounts.
- Strong understanding of third-party admin, healthcare consulting, &/or ins., preferred.
- Exposure to Benefits Admin, COBRA, HRIS, &/or Payroll preferred.
- Strong communication & organizational skills.
- Proficient MS Suite
