- Deliver excellent/knowledgeable customer service via inbound and outbound calls regarding veterinary products.
- Answer inquiries and provide information about programs recommended by veterinary care providers.
- Sell/promote client products while educating and communicating through pet nutritional programs
- 1+ year of customer service experience in veterinary/healthcare related industry.
- 1+ year of inside sales experience in a high-volume call center environment.
- Working knowledge of veterinary supplement terminology (not required, but preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proficiency in MS Office.
