TECHINICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
EXTON, PA 19341
State of the art Software provider is looking for a Technical Support Specialist. Salary is $37k-$42k/yr.
Become the Exton area liaison between tech-support and the client end user. This role will be the first point of contact with the customer. Resolve client tech issues by trouble shooting and offering client resolutions for success. The Client Support Specialist will resolve 80% of client issues independently, but will escalate an issue as needed and follow through until resolution.
This Customer Support advocate must have;
* Excellent listening, communication & problem solving skills.
* Ability to identify, document & prioritize customers' needs.
Must have experience in the software industry supporting complex software products (Level I II software support exp preferred)
-Exp w/ defect testing systems preferred
-Exp w/ hardware trouble shooting, a plus
-Prior development exp. A plus
-Associates or Bachelor s degree or 1 year equivalent of relevant
