$26-29/hr (based on Education and experience), Full Time, Temp to Hire (pays $55-65k as Perm employee), Corporate Recruiter working in Employee Relations. GREAT opportunity to join this Mainline client and their HR Team!

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for:
- The entire recruitment function of all staff
- Preparing all job postings and posting on multiple venues as necessary
- Working with the HR team to administer new employee on-boarding process including orientation programs
- Facilitating the resolution of management-employee issues, employee relations issues including advice & recommendations to management on corrective actions
Corporate Recruiter requirements:
- Minimum 5 years progressively responsible, professional HR experience
- Bachelor s Degree required Master s Degree preferred
- Knowledge of the Banner system is preferred
