The Receptionist will:
- Greet clients, manage incoming calls while setting up appointments.
- General clerical office work, occasionally draft proposals.
- Coordinate client communication with sales reps while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
- Very well spoken, with a sharp memory and strong attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong administrative, Data Entry and clerical skills with the ability to multitask.
- Familiar with Main Line area.
- Minimum of 1-year of phone customer service experience in a service industry or volume direct customer contact in retailing or service industries preferred.
