This position has the possibility of permanent placement!
-Reviews all files for closing, ensuring underwriting conditions, secondary conditions and compliance conditions have been met.
-Coordinates the closing with member, closing agent. Prepares final documentation and disburses funds.
-Assembles and prepares final documentation for closing mortgage loans.
-Balances related general ledger accounts, maintains closed files, creates and distributes reports.
-Funding/Post Closing and QC Audit of all originated loans.
-Assists Mortgage Servicing with file transfer and boarding issues as needed.
-Minimum 3+ years of related mortgage experience.
-Knowledge of legal and real estate terminology, documents (ie, Deeds of Trust, title insurance, policies, surveys, etc.) and real -Educated on TRID with a clear understanding of the timing requirements and tolerance violation issues.
-Ability to read, analyze and interrupt mortgage loan application files in accordance with established credit union policies and procedures, and secondary market requirements.
-Ensure all related files and documents are accurate, current, and submitted on time.
-Ensure good business relations exist with members and problems and/or questions are courteously and promptly resolved or referred.
