Job Description

$50K FT, Direct Hire Manager of Leave Services. This Newtown Square client is seeking a Manager of Leave Services to work closely with internal teams, clients, vendors, carrier and physician offices to meet and exceed client expectation and federal and statutory regulations.

The Manager of Leave Services will:
- Work closely with clients and their employees to deliver a superior experience during the leave administration process
- Coordinate and review all appropriate information and documentation in compliance with federal and statutory regulations and company policies
- Be responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the data within the system
- Complete reports, other projects and special assignments

Job Requirements

Manager of Leave Services requirements:
- High School diploma required, Associates Degree preferred
- At least 3-5 years of HR experience with focus on leave administration
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Detail oriented with good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
