The Jr. Recruiter facilitates the application and onboarding process for prospective new employees.Projects a customer-service oriented & professional demeanor as the first point of contact for all applicants: walk-ins, call-ins, & internet inquiries. Tracks all pre-employment clearances and requirements to ensure compliance with DOT and company policies & procedures.
1 - 3 yrs. Experience in Recruitment
Oversee recruiting for commercial and transit division inbox, including call-backs, follow-up, and schedule for interviews
Performing follow-up confirmation calls to scheduled candidates the day before their interview
Oversee onsite application process and ensure all paperwork is filled out accurately
Review background results against company hiring procedure.
Must possess strong computer skills, especially Excel
