Great Temp-to-Hire opportunity with our Delaware County Client! $18 20/hr; Customer Service Supervisor, Full Time position 10 AM 6 PM, M-F.

The Customer Service Supervisor coordinates and supervises the activities of Customer Service Representatives engaged in handling service requests and telephone requests/complaints of customers and performs the following duties:

-Monitors the daily workflow to ensure customer service standards are met
-Coordinates processes and writes formal procedures to ensure conformity
-Makes recommendations for hiring, training, discipline, discharge, transfer, and promotion of staff
-Performs consistent review of functions and processes to implement the most efficient processes
-Reviews and checks work of staff on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
-Bachelor s Degree from 4 year college or university OR one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
-A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
-Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
-Experience in creating and maintaining administrative procedures and standards in a Customer Service environment
-Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
