CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Answer incoming and place outgoing phone calls.
Transmit client enrollment changes via multiple carrier portals.
Assist with the billing, claims, and adds/changes/deletes for selected clients.
Provide troubleshooting support to clients and their employee groups regarding questions/issues on a daily basis.
Assist in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with carriers to resolve client issues/problems.
Participate in the maintenance and upkeep of the CRM system.
Assist in the tracking of and reporting to agents on client contacts.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum of 1 - 2 years of relevant administrative/office experience.
Demonstrated PC proficiency in an MS Office environment.
Demonstrated customer service orientation.
Proven ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Ability to multi-task.
Attention to detail important.
Prior experience in health care field preferred.
