$15/hr - Temp to Hire
Hours: 11AM-8PM Mon-Fri
1 Week Training: 8AM-4:30PM Mon-Fri

Excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company and become part of an exciting Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service Representative you will learn the business from the ground up with exposure to many other employees. This Customer Service Representative will handle, trouble shoot and resolve incoming customer calls regarding health care enrollment questions.

CSR's will:
-Support Client Service Team members
-Generate & process welcome letters & access cards
-Summarize & create project status to Management team
Customer Service Rep Requirements:
-Experience with flexible spending, health reimbursement, & health savings accounts
-Strong understanding of third-party admin, healthcare consulting, &/or ins., preferred
-Exposure to Benefits Admin, COBRA, HRIS, &/or Payroll preferred
-Strong communication & organizational skills
-Proficient MS Office Suite incl. Outlook skills
-High School diploma or GED required; college degree required
