10+ Customer Service Advocates needed to support the Network Providers, Referring Adjusters, and Case Managers, in a growing Health Care Company. This position has very heavy phone work, great for a problem-solving multitasker who thrives in a fast paced environment. Must have excellent verbal communication skills.

As a Customer Service Advocate you will:
- Provide excellent customer service skills to internal and external customers
- Manage multiple claims and monitor case status
- Work closely with the Clinical Advocate
- Compliance with HIPAA and URAC guidelines
Requirements for the Customer Service Advocate:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Detail oriented with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Computer skills in Windows environment
