Assist customers with the tools to pay their accounts on time.
Process payroll for employee base.
Post all payments of A/R accounts (bank, checks, credit cards. & wire payments) into Navision (Acct System)
Process all paperwork to extend terms to new customers
Handle all customer inquiries (calls/emails/voicemails)
Make customer collection calls for payments update customer cards with info
Respond to customer credit reference requests
Process Bi-Weekly payroll for approx. 60 employees (hourly/salary)
HS Diploma
Proficiency with MS Office
Strong knowledge of Accounting Software programs
