CUSTOMER CARE REP
FOLCROFT, PA 19032
The Customer Care Rep will:
Answer incoming telephone calls and handle customer inquiries and requests in accordance with customer service standards.
Initiate outgoing telephone calls to customers to resolve issues/requests.
Investigate discrepancies related to invoices.
Take customer pick-ups over the telephone while inputting the information into the pick-up system to print and deliver to the appropriate department.
Provide first line administrative support for the Sales staff.
Troubleshoot customer issues as they arise.
Bachelor s Degree or One to two years computer related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent Customer Service skills
