The Customer Advocate Support Rep (CASP)will support the communication network Providers, referring adjusters and nurse case managers
As a CASP you will:
- Provide excellent customer service skills to internal and external customers
- Manage multiple claims and monitor case status
- Work closely with the Clinical Advocate
- Compliance with HIPAA and URAC guidelines
- HS Diploma or GED
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Computer skills in Windows environment
