Quality Assurance Support Professional is responsible for supporting the QAT and all the other teams within the Consumer Affairs Department by consistently providing an easy, efficient and productive customer experience for internal and external clients.

All Tasks are handled in a Weekly Rotation with exception to Receptionist Duties
- Rx inbox: attaching documents from the prescriptions inbox to the appropriate location, updating initial authorization and processing additional authorization requests
- Assist with Live Chat- Instant Messaging with ADJ/NCMs
- Check and work After hours Voicemails
- Complete and assign MedManager Packages to cases
- Consistently meet MedRisk Customer Support Service & Quality standards
- Back up the main receptionist- answer calls, greet visitors, manage visitor log
- Complete and Work on cases that are missing information so billing can proceed
- Customer service experience (preferred 1-2 years medical office)
- Highly developed problem-solving skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Solid MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience
- Must have ability to multi-task and work independently
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
