CONSUMER LOAN REPRESENTATIVE
BRISTOL, PA 19007
First 2 weeks 8:15-4:15 and Sat 8-4 then 10-4 and Sat 8-4
-Review reports in Nautilus and PSCU against all new Visa Accounts
-Review Visa Maintenance Messages via Episys Visa Card Admin.
-Maintain all cash advance receipts, settle amounts from branches, and review reports for totals.
-Process applications for credit insurance, premiums charged to members, credit union commission and claim payments.
-Reconcile credit insurance related general ledger accounts, and process state Notice of Death reports.
-Complete loan maintenance requests received via the Payroll Distribution Request Queue
- 2 plus years of consumer loan experience
-Must be computer savvy, Knowledge of Symitar, Episys or Evolve systems strongly preferred
-Superior knowledge of Credit Union loan products and services
-Advanced skill in Consumer Loan Servicing, member relations
-Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor(s).
