The Claims Processor will:
Assist Customer Care Reps with answering incoming telephone calls and handles customer inquiries accordance with customer service standards
Serve as main contact for all insurance related claims to resolve issues/requests
Assists with investigation of any service discrepancies related to invoices
Maintain, monitor and update team on status of claims in an effort to resolve/close timely
Bachelor s Degree or One to two years computer related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
