Temp-to-Hire Bilingual Spanish Customer Rep (after 10 weeks) Perm Salary $12-14/hr

Shifts Available: 10am-6pm / 11am-7pm / 12pm-8pm

Customer Service Rep responsibilities include:
Review consumer reports for discrepancies and provide information regarding the report to resolve their questions or concerns
Accurately document and update customer records in the computer system
Remain calm and helpful even when dealing with upset customers
Multi-task: Handle administrative tasks while helping create appointments, handle calls, and other special projects as assigned by your management team
80% inbound calls, 20% outbound calls for data gathering

Job Requirements

The best fit for the Bi Lingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative job is someone who:
- Speaks fluently in both Spanish and English
- Is be upbeat and willing to learn
- Has 1-2 years of Office or Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills, phone presence, and politeness is required
