Excellent full time opportunity available with our Bala Cynwyd based client.
The Leasing Consultant/Administrative Assistant has the primary responsibility to provide administrative and clerical support to the Property Manager and to provide assistance to and interact with Residents, caregivers, vendors and maintenance staff.
The Leasing Consultant will assist with:
- Accounts Receivable: Collect and batch rent daily, prep for bank processing, process according to Property Mgmt instruction
- Accounts Payable: Receive all invoices and present to Property Mgr for approval. Process all invoices for payment, maintain logs and files of all process payments; produce required reports and letters
- Compliance Reporting: Assist Property manager with certifications required for program compliance
- Enter all requests for apartment/building repairs & maintenance; follow up, report out and coordinate services
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, vendors and all others
- Clerical Support as needed
-Min 5 yrs Property Management Administrative Support exp
-Bilingual Spanish speaking is a PLUS
-Strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel
-Must have working personal vehicle that is currently registered and insured
-Must have excellent written and presentation skills, customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
