The Part Time Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Opening up the office (lights and coffee on, setting up Conference room, etc)
- Heavy phone work using PC based phone system (AVIA IP Office System)
- Providing Administrative support to a variety of clients
- MUST be friendly, presentable, upbeat, positive and energetic!
- Dependable, professional demeanor and a real team player
- Proficient in MS Office Word & Excel specifically
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once with out getting flustered
