Temp-to-hire $20-$21/HR, Perm Salary Mid $40s+ 10% Annual Bonus!

The Administrative Assistant will:
-Conduct travel related activities, which may include scheduling flights, ground transportation and lodging
-Compile and submit expense reports. Reviewing expense reports for VPs and review/approve timecard submissions
-Provide backup support to the front desk receptionist
-Manage Team calls, take notes and distribute for various update calls
-New hire set up and termination, including updating all related information on iShare, coordinating interview schedules
-Create schedules for yearly, monthly and quarterly activities and prompt action for those activities
-Manage Calendars, plan internal meetings, on-site and off-site
-Perform weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
-Manage daily process on contact review and other maintenance projects as assigned
-Perform general clerical duties such: copying, filing and logging data
-Associates degree required, Bachelor s degree, preferred
-5 years minimum prior experience with supporting Executives
-Experience planning events and making corporate travel arrangements for multiple travelers
-Highly professional and resourceful; Drives performance targets to completion
-Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment required
-Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
