- Administrative Assistant to the Vice-President.
- Schedule appointments & screen all calls and respond to electronic correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare & audit expense reports for approval and processing
- Must possess excellent listening, oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention and ability to prioritize is a must
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in MS suite is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Construction experience is a plus!
