Great Opportunity for a Part Time Candidate looking to join a Growing Chester County Association as the Administrative Coordinator/ Event Planner; This position will involve light Admin Bookkeeping, Front office duties handling incoming calls and greeting visitors, executing email campaigns, event management, coordination & events, administrative support for board meeting minutes, website updates on wordpress & blogs. Marketing efforts etc.
-Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning and after-hours events. No weekends.
-Proficiency MS Office programs including excel, Word and PowerPoint.
