This Non-Profit in the Mainline area is seeking an Accounting Coordinator that has some experience in Non-profit accounting and strong attention to detail. This Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for;
-Review, confirm, and submit client and vendor disbursement requests to Accounts Payable
-Provide phone and email support to clients and vendors regarding disbursement requests and payments; generate disbursement reports upon request
- Prepare remote bank deposits and deliver deposits to bank as needed
- Monitor the status of matching gift requests and deposits
- Complete all state required filings for charitable solicitations, including registration, renewals, and annual reports
And other Accounting Coordinator duties as assigned
Associate degree or higher.
Minimum of 3 years of previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
Other Qualifications and Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with Raiser s Edge and MIP software is a plus.
