Our client in West Chester is looking to add an Accountant to their Accounting department on a temp/hire basis. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare general ledger account analysis
- Reconcile all electronic payments received on a daily basis
- Verify and process all incentives and refund invoices
- Ensure all credits are properly recorded.
- Follow up with specific partners via telephone on requests
- Assist in the maintenance of vendor and invoice files
-Assist in the handling of all invoice payments along with various requests.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting, journal entries, analysis, etc.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Outlook, Sedona would be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong team player approach.
