Due to Growth, Monarch Staffing, a certified women owned company, as a great opportunity to join our Sales team as our Local Account Relationship Manager in the Montgomery County area, based out of Blue Bell.

We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive/ Relationship Manager to work closely with the local area employers in helping them find solutions for staffing. This Account Executive/ Relationship Manager will work closely with our Branch Manager and recruitment teams. Duties include;-Proactively and continually source, contact & develop and maintain an effective pipeline of employer networks for candidate placement opportunities.
-Present Monarch s offerings through both inside and outside sales business development efforts
-Negotiate & Develop staffing agreements to meet client needs
This is a base plus unlimited monthly commissions, full time benefits & 401K
If you have 2+ years Sales / Business Development Experience than we want to hear from you.
-Able to quickly assimilate technical information and proprietary software systems
-Excellent Communication Skills, both written & oral
-Highly motivated, conscientious, organized and detail-oriented
