A Biomedical research company, who specializes in the design, development and manufacturing of diagnostic tools. Looking for an Office Manager to oversee all facets of daily office/administrative activities.
- Accounting/Bookkeeping, A/R, Bank Deposits, Credit card receipt tracking, maintaining QuickBooks.
- Customer service, taking/entering, processing, invoicing and tracking orders.
- Human Resource activities such as business process training, documentation, timekeeping, and activity planning.
- Data Management, assisting with development and dissemination of marketing materials.
- Creating and supporting internal business processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3-5 years of Office Manager experience, preferably in a medical setting.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Professional presence and phone etiquette, must be a quick thinker and problem solver.
