15 Per/HR - Long Term Contact position - Full benefits offered after 90 days! Helpdesk Technician is the primary point of contact for all internal end user support. The position requires the ability to problem-solve quickly with little supervision, provide courteous and effective customer support, and understand when to expedite issues to higher level support.
Job Duties:
*Provide 1st level end user support (basic troubleshooting and problem resolution of MS Windows workstations, software, printers, network and phone issues)
*Workstation configuration (Imaging, Application Installation)
*Hardware/Software Troubleshooting
*Inventory Management
*Assist with ongoing IT initiatives
